White Chocolate Panna Cotta

White Chocolate Panna Cotta

A fresh and sweet panna cotta that is flavoured with yogurt, sour cream, and white chocolate. Serve with fresh berries for that little bit extra.

Ingredients

White chocolate
50 g
Leaf gelatine
Sour cream
250 ml
Vanilla pods
Greek yoghurt
150 g
Strawberries
Raspberries
Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

Step 1

  • Chop the chocolate. Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water for at least 5 minutes.

Step 2

  • Boil the sour cream and add the split and scraped vanilla pod.

Step 3

  • Add the gelatin leaves and chocolate, stir smoothly.

Step 4

  • Pour the chocolate mixture into the yogurt and mix until smooth.

Step 5

  • Pour into 4 glasses and allow to cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Top the panna cotta with strawberries, raspberries and mint.
