Warm potato salad - a variation of the classic American salad. A great accompaniment for both cold and warm dishes!
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes. Boil gently in lightly salted water. Peel and slice the onion.
Step 2
Lightly mix the crème fraîche, salt, mustard and dill. Drain the water from the potato and stir in the sauce and the onion. Garnish with capers and dill.
