Instructions

Step 1
  • Peel and cut the potatoes. Boil gently in lightly salted water. Peel and slice the onion.
Step 2
  • Lightly mix the crème fraîche, salt, mustard and dill. Drain the water from the potato and stir in the sauce and the onion. Garnish with capers and dill.
