Ingredients

Frozen banana
1
Berries (Strawberries or Blueberries)
Milk
Honey
1 tbsp
Chia seeds
Ice

Instructions

Step 1

  • Place all of the ingredients but the ice in a blender, and blend until smooth. Adjust mixture with ice or milk as needed.

Step 2

  • Pour into a glass, and ENJOY!
