Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a fluffy shake with sorbet, sweet berries and lime. Top with whipped cream and lots of fresh berries.

Instructions

Step 1

Strawberry and lime sorbet: Boil strawberries, sugar, honey, water and lime. Mix till smooth and allow to cool. Store in a refrigerator, at least 2 hours. Run the sorbets through an ice cream machine and store in the freezer.

Step 2

Strawberry sauce: Mix strawberries with icing sugar until smooth. Mix 4 balls of sorbet with yogurt, milk and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream. Put a ball of sorbet on the bottom of each glass, top with milkshake and sprinkle on the cream. Garnish with strawberries, strawberry sauce and sprinkles.

Strawberry and lime sorbet

1 strawberries	1 kilo
Caster sugar	120 g
Honey	50 g
Water	200 ml
Pressed lime fruits	50 g

Strawberry sauce

Strawberries	100 g
Icing sugar	40 g

Milk shake

Greek yogurt	200 g
Semi-skimmed milk	400 ml
Vanilla sugar	1 tsp

Topping

Whipped cream	200 ml
Strawberries	4
Sprinkles	1 pinch
