Strawberry Parfait

Classic summer dessert with taste of sun-ripe strawberries.

Ingredients

Icing sugar
120 g
Strawberries
1000 g
Egg yolks
4
Whipped cream
250 ml

Instructions

Step 1

  • Mash the strawberries with 1/2 of the icing sugar.

Step 2

  • Whisk the egg yolks and the rest of the icing sugar.

Step 3

  • Mix in the strawberries. Beat the cream and mix with the egg mixture.

Step 4

  • Pour the mixture into a tin, about 1 litre. Freeze for 4-5 hours.

Step 5

  • Leave it in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving."
