These spooky floating ghosts will be the icing on top of your Cravendale this Halloween. Instructions

Step 1
  • Preheat your oven to gas mark 1/140°C/fan 120°C. Add egg whites to a large bowl and whisk into stiff peaks using a hand mixer.
Step 2
  • Add the sugar a tbsp at a time whisking to incorporate as you go. Once all the sugar has been mixed in, fold through the cornflour and white wine vinegar.
Step 3
  • Add your meringue mix to a piping bag and then pipe a variety of mini ghosts (ponty peaks) onto 2 lined baking trays and bake for 1hr-1hr 30 until crisp.
Step 4
  • Switch your oven off and leave in the oven to cool completely before melting dark chocolate and piping on spooky ghost faces.
Step 5
  • Pour your glasses of ice cold Cravendale, pop a floating ghost on top and add a straw- now that's a spookily chilling Halloween beverage!
