Spirulina Power Smoothie

Perfect for breakfast or post-workout, this green smoothie is power packed with goodness.

Ingredients

Yoghurt
400 ml
Chopped Frozen pineapples
200 g
Blueberries
50 g
Apple (Peeled, cored and chopped)
1
Cucumbers (Chopped)
100 g
Spinach
50 g
Chia seeds
2 tbsp
Spirulina powder
2 tbsp
Clear honey
2 tbsp

Instructions

Step 1

  • In a blender, whizz together the yoghurt, pineapple, apple, cucumber, spinach, chia seeds, spirulina and honey until smooth.

Step 2

  • Divide between 2 tall glasses.
