A refreshing smoothie perfect for an everyday treat!

Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl Mix

Avocado

Green apple

Banana

Dates

Almonds
60 g
Greek yogurt
200 g
Milk
100 ml
Honey
2 tbsp
Spinach
30 g

Toppings

Chopped almonds
Chia seeds
1 tsp
Strawberries
4
Blackberries
Sliced bananas
Granola
Green apples

Instructions

Step 1

  • Make sure all ingredients are cooled.

Step 2

  • Cut and slice avocados and apple into smaller pieces.

Step 3

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender, until they are smooth and creamy.

Step 4

  • Pour into bowls and finish with any toppings of your choice.
