Smoothie Bowl with Blackberries

Super delicious breakfast bowl or snack. Top the bowl with your favourite toppings or use what you already have in the cupboard.

Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl

Frozen blackberries
300 g
Banana (about 225 g)
1
Arla® Skyr Natural yogurt
250 g
Oatmeal
3 tbsp

Topping

Kiwi fruit (peeled)
1
Seeds of 1 passion fruits
Coconut flakes
2 tbsp
Chia seeds
2 tsp
Honey
2 tbsp
Fresh mint Leaves

Instructions

Step 1

  • Take 10-12 juicy blackberries and half of the banana to use for the topping. Blend the rest of the blackberries with the rest of the banana, quark and oatmeal for about 2 minutes for a thick, smooth smoothie. Divide the smoothie into 2 bowls.

Step 2

  • Peel the banana and kiwi fruit into thin slices. Share the fruit, coconut flakes and seeds between the two smoothie bowls. Drip with honey and garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
