Instructions

  • Cut rye bread lengthwise and cut salmon into 12 pieces of the same length as the bread.
  • Mix all ingredients for the lime cream and season to taste.
  • Spread lime cream on each piece of rye bread and top with salmon.
  • Garnish with chives and beet leaves and serve.
