Smoked Salmon Bagel

Make lunch in minutes with a protein-packed smoked salmon bagel. Quick and simple, lemon, chives and Arla Lactofree soft cheese complete the ingredients.

Ingredients

White bagels (Halved)

Soft White Cheese
150 g
Chives (Finely Chopped)
1 tsp
Skinless salmon Fillets (Smoked)
100 g
Lemon juice
1 tbsp

Instructions

Step 1

  • Toast the bagel halves until golden brown.

Step 2

  • Combine the smoked salmon fillets with lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Soften the cream cheese using a spoon in a mixing bowl and spread on the bottom half of the toasted bagels.

Step 3

  • Arrange the slices of smoked salmon on top of the Lactofree Soft White Cheese and sprinkle over the chopped chives. Serve and enjoy!
