Shortcrust Pastry
A great versatile pastry that can include so many exciting flavours and can take many forms.
Instructions
Step 1
Work together with the ingredients in a food processor or in a bowl.
Step 2
Heat the oven to 175 °.
Step 3
Place the dough in a bowl or bag and leave to rest for at least 30 minutes.
Step 4
Flavour and bake the dough according to any recipe. The pastry will need to be baked in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes.
