Raspberry Cream
Raspberry Cream
Mum's homemade raspberry cream with milk! Great for breakfast, summer lunch or a filling snack.
Instructions
Step 1
Thaw the frozen berries or rinse and clean the fresh berries.
Step 2
Squeeze out juice from 1 lemon and mix with potato flour with a whisk in a saucepan. Stir all the time and let it boil.
Step 3
Remove the pan from the heat and add in the berries. Stir again. Pour the cream into a bowl. Sprinkle with sugar. Serve with milk.
