Raspberry Cream

Raspberry Cream

Mum's homemade raspberry cream with milk! Great for breakfast, summer lunch or a filling snack.

Ingredients

Fresh or frozen raspberries
litres
Potato starch
2 tbsp
Caster sugar
tbsp
Lemon
Juice Of 1

Instructions

Step 1

  • Thaw the frozen berries or rinse and clean the fresh berries.

Step 2

  • Squeeze out juice from 1 lemon and mix with potato flour with a whisk in a saucepan. Stir all the time and let it boil.

Step 3

  • Remove the pan from the heat and add in the berries. Stir again. Pour the cream into a bowl. Sprinkle with sugar. Serve with milk.
