Rainbow Waffles

Name: Rainbow Waffles
Ingredients: 256 g flour; 4 tsp baking powder; 2 eggs; 400 ml Arla® B.o.b milk; 125 ml vegetable oil; 1 tbsp White sugar; 1 tbsp honey; Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue and Purple food colourings; 1 handful berry mix

Instructions

Step 1

Place flour, baking powder, sugar, eggs, oil and milk in a large bowl. Whisk together to create a batter. Once mixed, evenly separate batter into six bowls.

Step 2

Stir in several drops of food colouring to the batter - a different colour for each bowl.

Step 3

Pour first batter onto heated waffle iron and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Cut up the pancakes and arrange on the plate to create a rainbow effect.

Step 5

Add a dollop of berries on top and enjoy!
