A classic cheese and ham quiche with French herbs. Best served with a salad.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour and butter into a crumbly mixture. Add the quark and work quickly together to form a dough. Knead the dough into a pie shape, about 20 cm in diameter. Let rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the oven to 200 °C. Pierce the bottom of the pie case with a fork and par-bake in the middle of the oven about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Chop the ham. Whisk eggs, quark and spices together. Mix with the ham and cheese. Pour the mixture into the pie case.
Step 4
Bake in the middle of the oven for 30–35 minutes. Serve with a salad.
