What better way to cool down from your workout than with these refreshingly sweet snacks. Our lollies are perfect for a post-workout protein hit!

Ingredients

Arla® Protein Blueberry yoghurt
2
Fresh mango
1
Fresh blueberries
1 handful
Fresh passion fruit
1

Instructions

Step 1

  • Prepare ice lolly moulds, then use a funnel to pour the Arla Protein yoghurt into them. Alternate the yoghurt and with fresh fruit to create layers.

Step 2

  • For a fruity addition, blend fresh mango in a blender and spoon it into the mould along with fresh passionfruit. Try it out with your favourite flavour yoghurt and fruit combinations!

Step 3

  • Freeze overnight.
