Potato Gratin

A simple extra creamy potato gratin to enjoy with almost any meal.

Ingredients

Potatoes
750 g
Yellow white onion
1
Salt
1 tsp
Black pepper
1 pinch
Grated Arla® LactoFREE Cheddar
150 g
Double cream
400 ml

Instructions

Step 1

  • Pre-heat the oven to 225 °C

Step 2

  • Peel and slice potatoes and onion.

Step 3

  • Toss potatoes, onions, salt, pepper and cheese in a baking dish and top with more cheese.

Step 4

  • Pour in the cream and cook in the middle of the oven for about 40 minutes.
