Ingredients: 750 g potatoes; 1 Yellow white onion; 1 tsp salt; 1 pinch black pepper; 150 g Grated Arla® LactoFREE Cheddar; 400 ml double cream

A simple extra creamy potato gratin to enjoy with almost any meal.

Instructions

Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to 225 °C

Step 2

Peel and slice potatoes and onion.

Step 3

Toss potatoes, onions, salt, pepper and cheese in a baking dish and top with more cheese.

Step 4

Pour in the cream and cook in the middle of the oven for about 40 minutes.
