Porridge with Blueberries and Hazelnuts

A surprisingly delicious raw porridge with blueberries and hazelnuts - a super easy and healthy breakfast, which can be made the night before!

Ingredients

Buttermilk
200 ml
Quark
100 g
Tart apple E.g. Elstar
1
Oat, barley or rye flakes
100 g
Blueberries
50 g
Ripe banana In Smaller Pieces
1
Coarsely Chopped hazelnuts Kernels
25 g

Instructions

Step 1

  • Mix the buttermilk with quark and add the apple and half of the oat flakes.

Step 2

  • Blend the mixture with a hand blender to form a smooth porridge.

Step 3

  • Add the rest of the flakes with the blueberries and banana - save some blueberries for decoration. Taste.

Step 4

  • Serve the porridge in a bowl with the rest of the blueberries and hazelnuts on top.
