Porridge with Berries

Add a sunshine start to your day! Our perfect berry porridge is made with Arla B.O.B milk, so you can have fat free milk that’s full of flavour.

Ingredients

Rolled oats (not instant)
100 g
Cream of Coconut
25 g
Frozen raspberries
200 g
Coconut Yogurt
100 g
Arla® B.o.b milk
100 ml
Strawberries (for serving- optional)
Blueberries (for serving- optional)
Raspberries (for serving- optional)
Granola (for serving- optional)
Coconut flakes (for serving- optional)
Almonds (for serving- optional)
30 g
Cinnamon (for serving- optional)
A Few fresh mint leaves (for serving- optional)

Instructions

Step 1

  • Soak the oats with the creamed coconut and 600ml cold water. Cover and leave overnight.

Step 2

  • The following day pour the soaked mixture into a deep pan over a medium heat and cook for 5-10 minutes. Ensure to stir regularly so that your mixture does not stick to the pan.

Step 3

  • Add the BOB milk, yogurt and raspberries to the pan and melt into the oats off the heat. Reserve half for the next day and spoon the remainder into bowls.

Step 4

  • Sprinkle your desired toppings onto your porridge and enjoy!
