Peanut Butter and Berry Smoothie Bowl

With all the flavours of a peanut butter and jam sandwich, this nutritious smoothie bowl is a great way to start your day.

Ingredients

Semi-skimmed milk
300 ml
Frozen bananas
2
Frozen raspberries
50 g
Peanut butter
3 tbsp
Chia seeds
2 tbsp
Toasted peanuts
1 tbsp
Fresh strawberries (sliced)

Clear honey
1 tbsp
Water
1 tbsp

Instructions

Step 1

  • In a blender, whizz together the milk, frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, frozen raspberries, 2 tbsp of the peanut butter and chia seeds until smooth.

Step 2

  • Divide the smoothie mixture between 2 bowls. Top with sliced fresh strawberries and peanuts.

Step 3

  • Stir together the remaining peanut butter, honey and water until smooth and drizzle over the smoothie bowls.
Enjoy!

Tip

If you don’t have chia seeds, 25g of rolled oats can be used instead.
