Pasta Carbonara

Pasta Carbonara

Spaghetti carbonara - a beloved favourite made with smoked bacon and cream! Great for a family dinner or lunch!

Ingredients

Spaghetti
300 g
Smoked pork Or Bacon
150 g
Butter
5 g
Whipped cream
50 ml
Salt
tsp
Finely Chopped garlic clove
1
Grated Arla® LactoFREE Cheddar
240 g
Freshly Ground black pepper
2 pinches
Egg yolks

Instructions

  • Cook the spaghetti.
  • Cut the pork into small pieces. Fry the pork in butter until crispy in a frying pan.
  • Mix together the cream, salt, garlic and half of the cheese together.
  • Stir in the pork and cheese mixture to the boiled spaghetti and stir vigorously into a creamy consistency. Sprinkle on the rest of the cheese and pepper. Serve the pasta with egg yolk.
