Instructions

  • Put the flour in a bowl and whisk in the milk little by little to a "lump-free" smoothness.
  • Melt butter in a frying pan and add it to the mixture. Use browned butter instead, for a more intense and nutty flavor
  • Add eggs and salt, beat the batter well and let it rest for approx. ½ hour.
  • Bake one pancake at a time (½-¾ dl batter per pancake) at high heat, approx. 1 minute on each side or until golden. For extra buttery feeling, fry in some butter between each pancake.
  • Keep them warm under foil and repeat with the rest of the batter.
  • Serve the warm them with whipped cream and jam.
