Organic Chia Milk with Banana and Chocolate

Chia seeds provide crispness and an extra health kick to chocolate milk. Chia is a "superfood" due to its nutritional content, such as omega-3 and fiber.

Ingredients

Organic banana
1
Semi-skimmed milk
300 ml
Pitted Organic dates
2
Crush Organic cocoa
1 pinch
Organic chia seeds
2 tbsp
Cocoa For Garnish
1 pinch
Crushed ice
50 ml

Instructions

Step 1

  • Blend all ingredients except the chia seeds.

Step 2

  • Stir in the seeds, and pour the mixture into a glass with ice.

Step 3

  • Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve immediately.
