Naan Bread with Cabbage Salad

Cabbage is a real vitamin booster - and it tastes great!

Ingredients

Cheese
250 g
Creme fraiche
250 ml
Red apples (About 450g)
3
Coarse Cut cabbages
400 g
Red onions Cut Into Thin Slices (About 150g)
2
Chopped Fresh mint Leaves
30 g
Black white onions Seeds
2 tsp
Coarse salt
tsp
Freshly pepper
Naan Stale Bread Or Pita Bread
400 g

Instructions

Step 1

  • Cut the cheese into cubes approximately 1 x 1 cm in size. Put the creme fraiche into a large bowl. Cut the apples into smaller cubes and gradually mix them into the yogurt.

Step 2

  • Add in the cabbage, onion, cheese and other ingredients and mix well.

Step 3

  • Prepare the bread and serve with the cabbage salad.
