Muesli Pudding with Fruit

The best start to the day and an alternative to porridge.

Ingredients

Base muesli
200 ml
Water
500 ml
Salt
2 pinches
Dried fruits
100 g
Semi-skimmed milk
400 ml

Instructions

  • Mix muesli, water, salt and fruit in a non-stick saucepan. Simmer the Muesli on a low heat for 4-5 minutes with occasional stirring.
