Instructions

Step 1
  • Melt the butter in a pan and add the milk. Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the yeast. Add the other ingredients (keep a little flour).
Step 2
  • Beat the dough well together. Cover the bowl with a lid or cloth and leave to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Step 3
  • Take the dough out and put on a floured surface and knead it thoroughly. Add any or the rest of the mixture. Divide the dough into 48 pieces and roll them into elongated bread buns (about 7 cm).
Step 4
  • Put the buns on trays lined with baking paper and leave them to rest covered for about ½ hour. Bake the buns in the middle of the oven. Baking time - Approximately 10 minutes at 225 °.
Step 5
  • Put the sausages in a pan of boiling stock. Cover and bring the stock to the boil again. Then remove the pan from the heat and let the sausages stand in the stock for approximately 5 minutes.
Step 6
  • Cut the buns lengthways almost through. Strain the sausages using a sieve and place in the hot dog bread for mini hotdogs.
Enjoy!
