Milk Drink with Blueberries and Chocolate
Serve this blueberry milk drink with a light chocolate flavour as a luxurious snack, or with brunch dishes or why not as a dessert! All finalists in the 2017 Chef of the Year competition were commissioned to create a milk drink. This is Olle Brostm's contribution.
