Milk Chocolate Dip
Milk Chocolate Dip
Delicious chocolate dip perfect for pairing with fruit and sponge cake.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the chocolate and put in a bowl. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a water bath.
Step 2
Add the yogurt and stir to a smooth creamy mixture. Pour into a bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the sponge cake into "fingers" and fry them in butter until golden brown.
Step 4
Cut the pear and remove the core. Chop the strawberries in half. Serve with the chocolate dip.
