Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Honey, garlic and chilli add flavour to the marinade, complimenting the grilled pork tenderloin perfectly. Marinate the pork tenderloin overnight before placing it on the grill. Serve with grilled mango and a sour barbecue sauce with a taste of chilli and lime.

Ingredients

Marinade

Pork tenderloin
500 g
Soy
100 ml
Butter
2 tbsp
Runny honey
2 tbsp
Chopped garlic clove
1
Sliced red chilli
1
Salt
1 tsp
Black pepper
1 pinch

Grilled Mango and Sauce

Mango
1
Lime fruit
1
Red chilli
1
Turkish yogurt
200 g
Chopped Fresh ground coriander
10 g
Salt
1 pinch
Black pepper
1 pinch

Instructions

Step 1

  • Prep the pork tenderloin. Stir together all ingredients for the marinade. Leave the pork tenderloin in the marinade for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.

Step 2

  • Salt and pepper the meat, grill about 8 minutes on each side.

Step 3

  • Cut the mangoes and remove the core. Prep the lime and chili. Grill mango, lime and chilli with the pork tenderloin.

Step 4

  • Squeeze the juice from the grilled juices and mix with the yogurt. Cut the grilled chili. Mix the Turkish yogurt with chilli and coriander, season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

  • Serve the pork tenderloin with the grilled mango, sauce and a salad.
