Ingredients: 200 g turkish yogurt; 1 Ripe mango; 2 tsp Runny honey; ½ tsp Sambal oelek; ½ tsp salt; 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh ground coriander

Mango sauce is easy to make with yogurt, mango, coriander and hot sambal. It compliments chicken and fish, and balances out salty and hot food.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the mangoes and remove the core.

Step 2

Chop the mango pulp and stir in yogurt, honey, sambal oelek and salt.

Step 3

Sprinkle with coriander.
