It can be both quick and easy to peel and cut a mango. You can use a peeler to skin it, then cut off the flesh with a knife. Or slice off the ends, stand it upright, and cut the peel away, then cut off the flesh. Alternatively, cut off each side of the mango, the mango ‘cheeks’, around the seed, score a grid in the flesh, flip it out, and slice off the cubes.
To prepare the passion fruit topping, simply cut the fruit in half, and from there scoop out the flesh, seeds, and juices with a spoon.
