Ingredients: 100 ml whipped cream; 60 g Sweet dark chocolate; 500 ml semi-skimmed milk; Ground ground cardamom

Chopped sweet, dark chocolate melts in the milk giving it extra taste.

Whipped cream	100 ml
Sweet dark chocolate	60 g
Semi-skimmed milk	500 ml
Ground ground cardamom

Instructions

Step 1

Whip the cream. Chop the chocolate and divide it into two cups.

Step 2

Boil the milk and pour it over the chocolate. Stir until the chocolate melts.

Step 3

Dollop in cream and top with ground cardamom or nutmeg.
