Instructions

  • Peel and finely chop onion and garlic.
  • Heat butter & rapeseed oil in a large saucepan. Sauté onion and garlic for 3–4 minutes.
  • Add minced meat, tomato purée, and spices. Fry for another 5 minutes while stirring.
  • Pour in tomatoes, sambal oelek, and water.
  • Add crumbled chicken broth cubes and bring to a boil. Let it boil for about 10 minutes.
  • Dice red pepper and break the lasagne sheets into pieces. Add to the other ingredients and let it cook for another 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Top the lasagne soup with grated Parmesan, crème fraiche, and basil.
