Roasted hazelnuts
100 g
Lactose-free butter
250 g
Cocoa powder
200 ml
Eggs
4
Sugar
450 ml
Salt
½ tsp
Vanilla powder
½ tsp
Wheat flour
300 ml
Baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C (regular oven). Line a square pan (approx. 20 x 30 cm) with baking paper.
  • Chop the nuts. Melt the butter and mix it with the cocoa powder.
  • Mix eggs and sugar in a bowl. Fold in the cocoa mixture, salt, vanilla powder, nuts, as well as flour and baking powder mixed together.
  • Pour the batter into the pan. Bake in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  • Let the lactose-free brownies cool off and cut them into pieces. Store in the fridge.
  • Top with whipped cream before serving.
