Instructions

  • Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water for approx. 10 minutes.
  • Combine the yoghurt, honey and orange juice.
  • Remove the gelatine from the water (do not squeeze the water out). Melt it in a bowl over a water bath.
  • Remove the bowl from the water bath and stir in approx. 100 ml of the yoghurt mixture.
  • Stir in the rest of the yoghurt mixture.
  • Fold in the fruit and stiffly whipped egg whites.
  • Divide into 4 serving glasses, cover and refrigerate for approx. 2 hours.
