Griddled Plums with Cheese and Mint

Ready in minutes, these yummy plums can be served for breakfast, dessert or just as a snack.

Ingredients

Arla® LactoFREE Salad cheese
60 g
Runny honey
2 tbsp
Plums (Halved and pitted)

Small mint Sprigs

Instructions

Step 1

  • Preheat a griddle pan over medium-high heat. Griddle the plums for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden and tender.

Step 2

  • Divide the plums between 2 plates. Top the plums with cheese and drizzle with honey. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve immediately.
