Instructions

Step 1
  • Heat the oven to 175 °.
Step 2
  • Grease a cake tin with a removable edge, about 24 cm in diameter, and cover it with some of the flour.
Step 3
  • Melt the butter. Mix the eggs and sugar into a bowl. Mix the dry ingredients and mix together with the butter.
Step 4
  • Pour the batter into the tin. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes until the cake is drier on the surface but still feels a little loose in the middle. Let the cake cool.
Step 5
  • Serve with whipped cream."
