Ginger Latte

Ginger Latte

Latte with ginger, inspired by an Indian health drink.

Ingredients

Lemon
½
Fresh ginger
1
Water
400 ml
Honey
2 tbsp
+ semi-skimmed milk
300 ml

Instructions

Step 1

  • Zest the lemon with a potato peeler. Tear ginger roughly.

Step 2

  • Boil water and add lemon zest, ginger and honey. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes.

Step 3

  • Heat the milk until it steam starts coming off it, but before it boils. Whisk it to foam.

Step 4

  • Strain the beverage into 4 glasses. Season with more honey and pour in the milk.
