Ginger Latte
Ginger Latte
Latte with ginger, inspired by an Indian health drink.
Instructions
Step 1
Zest the lemon with a potato peeler. Tear ginger roughly.
Step 2
Boil water and add lemon zest, ginger and honey. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the milk until it steam starts coming off it, but before it boils. Whisk it to foam.
Step 4
Strain the beverage into 4 glasses. Season with more honey and pour in the milk.
Enjoy!
