Garlic Mushrooms

Name: Garlic Mushrooms
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients: 400 g Fresh button mushrooms; 2 garlic cloves; butter; 100 ml dry vermouth; 1 tsp salt; 2 pinches White pepper; 400 ml creme fraiche; 10 g Chopped Fresh fresh parsley

A fantastic sauce for pasta! Delicious garlic mushrooms full of flavour that you will just want more and more of!

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the mushrooms in to halves. Peel and chop the garlic. Fry the mushrooms and onions in butter in a saucepan.

Step 2

Pour in the vermouth. Season with salt and pepper. Allow the mixture to boil without a lid for about 5 minutes.

Step 3

Stir in crème fraîche and parsley and cook another 5 minutes.
