Fruit Porridge

Fruit Porridge

Sometimes you long for a really good, hot porridge and glass of cold milk.

Ingredients

Rye flakes
400 ml
Salt
¾ tsp
Water
900 ml
Dried fruits in Pieces
200 g
Semi-skimmed milk
800 ml

Instructions

Step 1

  • Mix rye flakes, water, salt and fruit in a saucepan, preferably Teflon.

Step 2

  • Let the porridge boil on a low heat for 3-5 minutes. Occasionally stir. Serve with milk.
