Fluffy Bunny Tails

Hop into the Easter mood with our fluffy bunny tails recipe. These white chocolate and coconut treats are easy to make and utterly delicious.

Instructions

Step 1

Melt your white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a deep pan of simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water.

Step 2

Beat your cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until fluffy, then stir in the vanilla extract and your melted white chocolate.

Step 3

Once combined, add the icing sugar, half the coconut and half the finely chopped white chocolate, stirring together to make a mouldable dough. If the dough isn't firm enough to mould, try adding more icing sugar! Once done, pop the bowl in the fridge for 1 hour.

Step 4

Once your dough's nice and firm, divide it into 24 little sections, rolling these into small balls. Then spread the remaining desiccated coconut and white chocolate onto a large, flat tray and roll each ball in it until coated.

Step 5

Set your fluffy tails in the fridge for 1-2 hours on a lined tray. Then, either enjoy all to yourself or wrap in a box lined with parchment paper for the perfect gift this Easter!

Cream cheese	150 g
Icing sugar	300 g
White chocolate (To melt)	100 g
Vanilla essence	1 tsp
Coconut flakes	200 g
White chocolate (Finely chopped)	200 g
