There are so many ways to enjoy your flatbread, either as a main dish or served on the side. For an oven-dried tomato flatbread, spread a roasted garlic purée made from olive oil, coarse salt, black pepper, and garlic on top of the bread. Add oven-dried tomatoes and slices of mozzarella before baking it in the oven. Serve it with drizzles of balsamic vinegar and sprinkles of basil.

Use our quick flatbread recipe to make thin, crisp bread. Divide the dough into 24 portions and roll them out into very thin sheets of dough (approx. 14 cm in diameter). Place the dough baking trays lined with baking paper and brush them with approx. 50 g of melted butter. Bake the bread on the top, middle and bottom racks of the oven for about 12-15 minutes at 200°C. Serve the warm, crispy bread as a snack.
