Ingredients: 200 ml semi-skimmed milk; 200 ml vanilla ice cream; 200 ml Elderberry Sorbet; 1 tsp Pressed lime juice

A yummy milkshake with a lovely floral taste of elderberry. It can also be used in a lemon or lime sorbet.

Instructions

Put milk, ice cream and sorbet in a mixing bowl. Add the lime juice. Mix with hand mixer and pour into glasses.
