Coconut Smoothie with Mango, Pineapple, and Passion

Here you get the whole of the Caribbean in a glass! If you want to make it even more special, then top with roasted coconut.

Ingredients

Coconut milk
100 ml
Frozen mangos
200 g
Tropical juice
200 ml
Natural yoghurt
100 g
Banana
1

Instructions

Step 1

  • Thaw mangoes, mix and add to the bottom of 2 glasses.

Step 2

  • Mix coconut milk, juice, yogurt, and banana into a smoothie.

Step 3

  • Pour it onto the mangoes in the glasses.
