Chocolate with Nuts

A simple and wonderful chocolate mousse with both dark chocolate and milk chocolate in the mix. Further enriched with delicious pieces of nuts and chocolate in the mousse.

Ingredients

Milk chocolate
100 g
Whipped cream
200 ml
Egg yolks
2
Dark chocolate
50 g
Hazelnuts
50 g

Instructions

Step 1

  • Beat the cream until it forms stiff peaks.

Step 2

  • Break the milk chocolate into pieces and melt it using a water bath or in a microwave. Stir until it melts. Stir the egg yolks in a large bowl. Add the chocolate and stir vigorously.

Step 3

  • First stir in the cream and then leave to rest. Chop dark chocolate and nuts and carefully mix into the chocolate mixture to create the mousse.

Step 4

  • Fill small glasses or cups. Allow the mousse to cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Garnish with a little chopped chocolate.
