Chocolate Panna Cotta

Chocolate Panna Cotta

Panna cotta with a strong chocolate flavour and freshness from sour cream. Top with fresh berries that are in season or whichever berries you like!

Ingredients

Dark chocolate
50 g
Gelatine Sheet
Sour cream
250 ml
Vanilla pods
Greek yogurt
150 g
Berry mix
Hazelnuts
Cocoa

Instructions

Step 1

  • Chop the chocolate.

Step 2

  • Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water for at least 5 minutes.

Step 3

  • Boil sour cream with the vanilla pod.

Step 4

  • Add the gelatine sheets and chocolate, stir smoothly.

Step 5

  • Stir the chocolate mixture into the yogurt to make a smooth batter.

Step 6

  • Pour into individual glasses and allow to cool in the refrigerator at least 2 hours.

Step 7

  • Top with berries, coarsely chopped nuts and powdered cocoa on top.
