Chocolate Bars

Ingredients: 200 g butter; 160 g Raw Cane sugar; 100 ml Light maple syrup; 40 g cocoa; 2 eggs; ½ tsp salt; 2 tsp vanilla sugar; 200 g oatmeal; 180 g wheat flour; 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda; 150 g dark chocolate

Delicious chocolate cakes. Wonderfully crisp and with extra rich chocolatey flavours.

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the oven to 200 °. Combine the butter, sugar, syrup and cocoa together.

Step 2

Stir in the eggs, salt, vanilla sugar and oatmeal.

Step 3

Mix the flour and bicarbonate of soda and stir it into the mixture. Chop the chocolate and mix that into the mixture.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into a baking tin lined with baking paper. Bake in the middle of the oven for 10 - 12 minutes.
