Ingredients: 4 bananas; 75 g milk chocolate; 200 ml sour cream; 1 pinch ground cardamom; 50 g Chopped hazelnuts

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the oven to 250 °.

Step 2

Cut along the length of the banana and push in pieces of chocolate.

Step 3

Wrap banana in baking paper. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.

Step 4

Whisk the sour cream and flavour with cardamom. Serve the bananas hot and top with nuts and a sprinkle of the cardamom seeds.
