Chilli Hot Chocolate

Name: Chilli Hot Chocolate

Ingredients: 600 ml Arla® B.o.b milk; 5 tsp cocoa powder; 1 tbsp golden syrup; tsp chilli powder; pinches of salt; ½ tsp vanilla essence; 2½ dark chocolate (Chopped, plus extra to sprinkle on top); Low Fat whipped cream (Optional, to top); ½ tsp chilli flakes (Optional, to top)

Instructions

Step 1

In a small saucepan heat BOB milk for a couple of minutes until simmering.

Step 2

Add the cocoa powder, golden syrup, vanilla extract , chilli powder and salt and whisk.

Step 3

Once incorporated add your chopped chocolate and whisk until the chocolate is fully melted.

Step 4

Carefully pour into your favourite mugs, top with a squirt of low fat whipped cream and a sprinkle of chopped chocolate and chilli flakes.

Step 5

There is only one thing left to do- sit back, put your feet up and indulge in this winter warmer with a kick.
