Tips

When preparing the dough, make sure to keep it chilled before rolling it out. This step is essential in maintaining the texture and preventing the dough from becoming too soft or sticky. By refrigerating the dough, it becomes easier to handle and shape. If at any point the dough becomes difficult to work with, simply pop it back in the refrigerator for a few minutes to firm up before continuing.

Tips

Cheese tartlets are at their best when served warm or at room temperature. Allow them to cool slightly before serving, as this ensures that the filling is set and the flavours have had a chance to meld together, creating a harmonious taste experience.

Tips

While traditional tartlets are often small, do not hesitate to use different shapes and sizes. Try mini tart pans, muffin tins, or even a larger tart pan. Let your creativity shine as you create visually appealing tartlets that are as delightful to the eyes as they are to the taste buds.
